The Founding Director

Iain Morrison

In 1995, Iain Morrison started his career in accountancy, working in a small practice in his local town Ayr, Scotland. Iain moved to Glasgow and then on to London to further his career and gain more than 10 years experience on the contractor market.

After auditing some of the largest umbrella companies, Iain turned his attention to IR35 legislation and tax implications. He has gained a reputation of being one of the finest and most trusted accountants in the market, winning many awards on the way.

Until recently, Iain managed one of the largest accountancy firms in London, building a client portfolio of several thousands of ‘one and two director’ Limited Companies. He strives to be known as the most proactive Accountant in the market.
