Forming a new Limited Company

Welcome to our Company Formation section! Use this page to submit your new company details and we'll register your company for you. The steps are easy:

New Company

1. Enter the details on the form below, checking that your company name is available. Press at the button at the bottom of the form to submit the details.

2. You'll then receive an email confirming we've received your details with a link to make an online credit/debit card payment and/or our bank details. Our company formation fee is: £100+VAT (£120.00).

Your company will then be set up for you - usually within one working day. Please note: we will require payment before we can proceed with your company set up.
