The CBI has published a major report, with the title: The shape of business – the next 10 years.

500 CBI members took part in workshops across the UK to share plans and ideas about the future of UK businesses. This exercise gives us an excellent insight into how businesses are likely to adapt and evolve in the aftermath of the credit crunch and the recession.

The way organisations engage with their employees is likely to change significantly in coming years with increases in flexible working and contractor relationships.
