Registered Office Services

Let’s get started

If you’re forming a limited company you’ll be asked to provide a registered office address. This is so that HRMC and Companies House can have an address on file where they can reach you or send important documents and letters.

  • Many of our clients use their home address or office as their registered office address. However, many people prefer to keep this private and use a different address for your business.
  • For a small monthly fee we can provide our clients with the MAF office address as their registered office. This means you won’t miss any important documents, and brings other benefits too.

Speak to one of our specialist accountants who can tell you more and get you set up if it’s right for you.

Common questions about Registered Office Services

When you form a limited company you will need to provide an address to be used as your registered office. This can be your home address – or, if you prefer, you can use the MAF offices as your designated register office. This means we’ll receive any correspondence from HRMC and Companies House on your behalf, so you can be sure you won’t miss out on any important documents arriving in the post.

As well as us receiving documents on your behalf we can also deal with HRMC or Companies House directly, leaving you free to concentrate on your business. If there’s anything important you need to deal with, we’ll let you know in plenty of time.

We charge a small monthly fee. Speak to one of our specialist accountants if you’d like to know more about the service.
