We’re delighted you’ve decided to join us. So, what are the next steps?

1. Initial Phone call.

We’ll call you to have a quick chat, introduce ourselves and discuss your specific needs. It’s important to us that you’re happy from day one.

2. Request for information

We will ask for some key information to confirm your identity and address.

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations we need the following:

• A certified, signed copy of your passport, or, a copy of your photocard driving licence or national identity card.

• An original bank statement that is less than 3 months old.

• A copy of your council tax or utility bill, again less than 3 months old.

Please note: we need scanned original documents or copies of originals; we cannot accept statements downloaded from the Internet for this purpose.

3. Deposit & standing order

We’ll take a deposit from you for the first month and ask you to complete a standing order mandate from your bank.

Please note this is fully refundable if you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days.

4. Switch your accountant

If you are already with an accountant, we’ll write a ‘professional reasons letter’ to your accountant asking for your historic accounting information.

Once we have received this you’re all set!

5. Set-up & introductions

You will be added to our secure online accounting and bookkeeping system and allocated a personal accountant.

Your accountant will contact you to introduce themselves and provide your ‘login’ and ‘password’. Please feel free to ask any questions.
