Qualified/QBE Accountant - Hemel Hempstead office - Excellent Salary £30 to £42k depending on experience.

We are seeking a candidate who is confident, hardworking and who has excellent communication skills. The role will be varied as you will be exposed to various industries, and each client will present different challenges and rewards.

This role will ideally suit a candidate who is happy to commit to a company for long term. Due to continuous high growth, we are looking to hire an outstanding, personable Accountant to help maintain and build relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities:

- Personal Tax – Ensuring all our clients are as tax efficient as possible and are informed of any regulation changes

- Preparation of Statutory Accounts using IRIS

- Preparation of corporation tax computations

- Training junior members of staff

- Build a client portfolio and handle queries by email, telephone, post and meetings

- Co-ordination and management of all aspects of Payroll and VAT Administration

- Enhancing the Company’s excellent reputation and meeting our guarantees

The ideal candidate for this fantastic opportunity will have the following:

- Be presentable – able to meet face to face with clients

- First class customer service and excellent communication skills

- Have a ‘can do’ attitude

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
